The Innovation Centre for Entrepreneurs (ICE) is St. Thomas and Elgin County’s first mixed use incubator designed to nurture entrepreneurship and create jobs in the region.  With a diverse range of office spaces, we are able to support a variety of business types.

Newly created in 2016 and also designed to promote local business development, EBRC Executive Suites offer smaller offices for business use in a quiet, professional environment.
