‘The Pitch’ is an annual business plan event to showcase your Elgin County business or business idea for a chance to win a grand prize package of cash and in-kind prizes to support your venture.

About the competition:  Start-ups and expanding businesses across Elgin County are encouraged to submit their business plans for a chance to win thousands of dollars in cash and in-kind prizes generously donated by many local sponsors. The top 5 finalists are invited to pitch their business plans to a panel of judges at a “dragon’s den” style, where one grand prize winner takes home a stocked prize package (cash included), and the four runner-ups take home a cash prize.

‘The Pitch’ will be hosted at, The Princess Playhouse Theatre, St. Thomas, on Wednesday, January 25th, 2023, at 6:00 pm.

Tickets to watch the event are FREE but are limited to 120 attendees. The event is live and will be recorded.
